Curry Tomato Sauce Recipe:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 fresh hot chili pepper (or any), minced
- Small handful parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 14 oz crushed tomatoes
Heat the oil on medium-high to high. Add minced garlic and hot pepper, parsley, and onion. Fry for about a minute. Add 1-2 tsp curry – let it roast for 30 seconds – 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Once it boils, turn heat to simmer.
