Yummy bowl with hemp seed falafel, spicy paprika potato wedges an roasted cauliflowe

Hemp Seed Falafel
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 1/4 cup roasted shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup flour (I used whole wheat spelt)
  • 1.5 TBSP paprika
  • 1 TBSP cumin
  • 2 TBSP tahini
  • 2 TBSP water
  • Salt & pepper
  • Extra hemp seeds for the crust
  • Oil for frying
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until you reach a smooth, slightly doughy consistency. Form balls and flatten them a bit. Dip into the extra hemp seeds that you put aside and cover both sides. Cook on medium-high until both sides are golden brown. Cool before eating (they don't fall apart when cooled down).
