Vegan Pizza

Sauce:
  • 1 jar of strained tomatoes (680 grams)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil 
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • Toppings:
  • Follow Your Heart mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 zucchini 
  • 1/2 a ellow pepper
  • 1/2 an onion
  • Mushrooms
  • 1/2 a tomato
  • Fresh herbs
Directions:

-Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until slightly golden. -Pour in strained tomatoes and once it comes to a boils, bring it down to a simmer on medium low heat.
-Add in the maple syrup and s&p. Simmer for 15 minutes and add in fresh basil. -Assemble pizza and bake at 450 for 10 minutes or depending on your doughs cook time! Enjoy!
