Vegan Banana Coconut French Toasts


  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 75ml milk of your choice
  • Vanilla, cinnamon (optional)
  • approx. 3 tbsp. Coconut graters (optional)
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Toppings:
  • agave syrup
  • Blueberries, blackberries
  • Granola, biscuits

Preparation:


Ban the banana in a deep dish. Add the milk (vanilla and cinnamon) and mix.
Spread the coconut chips on a baking sheet. (The recipe also works without coconut).
Heat the oil in a pan.
Now dice the toast slices into the "banana milk" and then roll in the coconut graters.
Then lightly brown the slices for about 3-4 minutes from each side over medium heat.
Place the French toasts on a plate and sprinkle with agave syrup. Serve and enjoy with berries, granola, the remaining coconut chips or other toppings as desired!
