- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/3 cup avocado oil mayo or vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
I just blended everything together in a food processor, leaving it a little chunky.Wrapped it in a quinoa & chia seed GF wrap!
