- 2.5 cups puffed rice
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- Fruits of choice
Mix rice, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl until thoroughly coated. Press into a lined tart tin and set aside in the fridge to set for 15 mins. Top with coconut yoghurt and fruits to serve.
