- 1 1/2 cup GF flour blend (or all purpose/whole wheat flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 6 strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup chopped trail mix
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan. Blend the strawberries slightly, pour into a bowl, and whisk in the almond milk, coconut oil, and egg. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold the trail mix in, pipe the batter into the donut pan, and bake for 12-14 minutes!
