I made this spinach-avocado sauce with pasta, baked cherry tomatoes, arugula and black sesame seeds.
The recipe for the sauce is so easy. Just blend together 1 cup baby spinach, 1 avocado, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the pesto with your warm pasta and enjoy.
