SALTED CARAMEL OATMEAL


  • 80g oats
  • 200g soy milk
  • 200g water
  • 40g chopped (sukari) dates
  • 1 Tbs maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla or vanilla drops
Mix oats, soy milk, water and dates in a small pot. Bring to boil, then summer at low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in maca powder and vanilla. Turn off the heat and let sit for another 1-2 minutes. Serve warm with your favourite toppings. 
I went for molasses caramelised bananas and apples, chocolate, cashew butter and pomegranate seeds.
