Roasted veggies

Just bake 5-6 cups of chopped veggies
  • 3 tbsp of avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • a dash of cinnamon, lemon zest, and black pepper.

Voila! Super simple and delicious roasted veggies. You need to bake the veggies depending what you are baking, like roots and tougher veggies should be baked at 400 F for 25 min or so, maybe softer veggies at 350 F for 25 min.
