Protein Peppermint Chocolate Chip Mug

Cake:
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil/butter/ghee
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond flour 
  • 3 tsp. coconut sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder 
  • 1 scoop ‘gather paleo plant protein’ powder 
  • 2 tbsp. crushed peppermint
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips 
Directions: Use a fork to whisk the egg and oil/butter together in a large mug, add the rest of the ingredients, and microwave for 2- 2 1/2 minutes!
