Plant Based Pasta


soak 1 1/2 cups of cashews in water for 2-3 hours. Then rinse with clean water and add to a blender. Add 1 cup + 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk + 2 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp onion powder + sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt. Blend until smooth! Served with eatbanza chickpea pasta, roasted broccoli, and sprinkled with traderjoes everything seasoning
