Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookie


  • 1/4 cup Guinoa flour 
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon 
  • Dash of Himalayan pink salt 
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar 
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips 
  • 1 tbsp. crushed peppermint 
  • 2 tbsp. nut or seed butter 
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk
Directions: Stir everything together, roll into balls, and optional: roll them in coconut flour!
