No-Bake Red Velvet Donut Holes

All you need
  • 1 c quick-soaked cashews (in boiling water for 1 hr)
  • 1/2 c ground almonds
  • 1/2 c gf oats
  • 1 c dates
  • 2 heaping tsp Antioxidant blend (beetroot, cranberry, pomegranate, cherry abd raspberry powders blended) 
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 heaping tsp raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt - Pulse in a food processor until you have a coarse dough.

- Roll equal size balls and put onto a lined plate and freeze for 1 hr.

- Make a glaze by melting 2 tbsp coconut butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil in a bowl on top of a pot with simmering water. Add some maple or agave syrup and vanilla to taste.
- Coat the balls in the glaze and put back in the freezer for 10min and repeat this procedure several times. Use a little of the glaze and add some antioxidant blend to it and drizzle the pink glaze over the top of the donuts holes. Once hardened dust with more pink powder.
