Mint Cacao Balls


  • -1/3 cup almond flour
  • -1/4 cup coconut flour
  • -1 tbsp cacao powder
  • -2 tbsp agave
  • -1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)


•Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, roll into balls, and coat in melty chocolate (I used sea salt dark chocolate). Roll them in crushed peppermint and stick in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Once set, I snapped a pic and stored them in the fridge! Happy baking!
