- 3 -3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 1⁄2 ounces fast rising yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water, very warm
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, knead about 5 minutes or until mixture is well combined and forms a ball. Let dough sit for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- Roll out dough and fit to oiled cookie sheet or pizza pan. Place in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until very slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Add pizza toppings. Return pizza to oven and bake approximately 10 minutes.
Cheese
- - mix 1 Tbsp tapioca starch, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast and 1 Tsp salt in 1 cup full fat coconut milk until the starch is completely dissolved. - blend this mixture with 2 cups cooked, diced and drained potatoes (about 300g) while they are still hot.
- - mixture should be thick, creamy and gooey.
- - top your pizza, lasagna, toast or whatever you prefer with the cheese and bake at 180°C/350°F until golden brown.
