Cilantro Cumin Hummus:
- 2 cups of cooked chickpeas or used canned
- 1/2 cup good quality tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Handful of cilantro chopped in small pieces
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/3 filtered water
- Salt
- Pepper
Blend all the ingredients or high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender. Serve hummus in a shallow plate. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers. Enjoy!
