- 1 Black Bean Quinoa Veggie Burgers
- 1 Avocado
- ¼ Cup Red Onion
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
Begin by making your guacamole. In a bowl, mash one avocado. Add in ¼ cup chopped red onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to combine and set aside.
Cook your burgers according to package instructions, and slice your tomato thinly.
Assemble your burgers and enjoy!
