Grilled mushrooms with garlic and parsley


  •  8 medium mushroom fiats
  • 60mls (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
METHOD


Step 1
Preheat grill on medium-high. Line a grill tray or baking tray with foil. Place the mushrooms on the lined tray.
Step 2
Combine the olive oil, garlic and 2 tablespoons of the parsley in a bowl. Drizzle the mushrooms with the garlic oil.
Step 3
Place under preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with remaining parsley, drizzle with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
