Gingersnap Bars


  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup GF quick cooking oats
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2-3 tbsp. coconut sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. ginger snap seasoning
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • eggs


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 on. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined. Pour into 8x8 and cook for 20 minutes!
