Fig-Rosmary Cake

▫️3-4 figs
▫️125 g whole wheat flour
▫️125 g ground hazelnuts
▫️75 g whole cane sugar
▫️2 stemms of rosmary
▫️200 ml coffee/ almond milk
▫️1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▫️2 tablespoons baking powder
▫️pinch of salt cinnamon


  1. Chop the leaves of the rosmary mix all the ingredients (exept one stemm of rosmary and the figs)
  2. Push the dates in the dough
  3. put the remaining rosmary on top
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 min. Enjoy!
