Edible Cookie Dough


  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

Drain and rise the chickpeas, then combine all of the ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) in a food processor and process until a dough forms! Stir in the chocolate chips and ENJOY!
