Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower head , cut into small florets
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Juice from 1/2 lemon/lime
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place the cauliflower on to the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, add the olive oil and the dry spices and mix well. Add the cumin seeds, salt and pepper.
- Pour the oil and spice blend on to the cauliflower and toss well until the florets are coated evenly with the spices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes/until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Add lemon juice and cilantro (if using) before eating/serving.
