- 4-5 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Herbs of your choice
1.Preheat the oven to 220C.
2.Wash and dry the potatoes (don't peel them!) 3.Cut the potatoes into wedges and place into a bowl.
4.Add the corn starch to the bowl, mixed it well. Then the oil and finally the spices.
5.Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray.
6.Transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake for about 25-30 Minutes until golden-brown.
7.Enjoy!
