- 1 block tofu (around 240g, sliced into cubes)
- Oil for frying
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice
- Batter:
- 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
Coating:
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
