Crepes with yogurt filling, berries, and coconut
- -1/4 cup oat flour
- -1/2 cup whole-wheat flour (or GF)
- -1 cup plant-based milk; add more for thinner crepes -2 tsp. coconut sugar
- -1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Spoon batter onto a greased pan on medium-low heat, cooking each side until golden brown. Serve with toppings of choice & enjoy!
