- 1 + 1/2 cups of plain, Greek-style yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 large lemon or 1 small lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt 🧂 or more to taste
- pinch of grated parmesan (optional)
Pasta can be healthy AND taste awesome, too! This lightened up sauce just about proves it.
