Creamy chocolate brownie protein smoothie bowls


First prepare your chia pudding as it takes a while to soak. 
Chia pudding:
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbs of coconut yogurt
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Allow to soak for up to 4 hours stirring in this time to avoid clumps.


Chocolate brownie smoothie:
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 heaped Tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs of cacao powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate nourishing protein powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk
Blend until smooth and creamy and swirl in some dark chocolate sauce.
For this gently melt together 2 Tbs each of raw cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup.
Top with banana, coconut, pecans, and dark chocolate.
