First prepare your chia pudding as it takes a while to soak.
Chia pudding:
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbs of coconut yogurt
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Allow to soak for up to 4 hours stirring in this time to avoid clumps.
Chocolate brownie smoothie:
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 heaped Tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs of cacao powder
- 2 scoops chocolate nourishing protein powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
Blend until smooth and creamy and swirl in some dark chocolate sauce.
For this gently melt together 2 Tbs each of raw cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup.
Top with banana, coconut, pecans, and dark chocolate.
