CINNAMON POPPYSEED MUGCAKE


  • mellow banana
  • 50g instant oats
  • 1 leveled tsp baking powder
  • 1 Chia egg out of chia flour and water
  • 1 tbsp poppyseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:


  1. mash 1 banana with a fork
  2. add instant oats, baking powder & 1 egg and mix it 
  3. add now poppyseed & cinnamon to the dough
  4. put the dough in your mug
  5. back your mugcake for around 3 min in the microwave
  6. decorate your mugcake with yogurt, fresh fruits or what you prefer.
