- mellow banana
- 50g instant oats
- 1 leveled tsp baking powder
- 1 Chia egg out of chia flour and water
- 1 tbsp poppyseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- mash 1 banana with a fork
- add instant oats, baking powder & 1 egg and mix it
- add now poppyseed & cinnamon to the dough
- put the dough in your mug
- back your mugcake for around 3 min in the microwave
- decorate your mugcake with yogurt, fresh fruits or what you prefer.
