Chocolate banana bread (vegan)


Ingredients for a loaf pan:

350g spelled flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
40g cocoa powder
70g pecan nuts
3 ripe bananas - approx. 350g
170ml almond milk
70g margarine
tablespoons maple syrup
as required xylitol


For the decoration / for decoration:

Dark chocolate
Chocolate biscuits
Marzipan carrots
little easter eggs

Preparation

  • crush the bananas with a fork
  • warm the margarine and stir it together with the maple syrup & almond milk under the bananas
  • mix all the dry ingredients & the chopped pecans and stir the mixture with the bananas until a homogenous dough is formed
  • cover the box shape with margarine inside and add some flour over it.
  • put the dough in the mold and bake your banana bread in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. - just test it with a wooden stick to see if it's ready yet
  • Once your banana bread has cooled, take it out of the mold and sprinkle with the melted dark chocolate on top of the melted dark chocolate on top
  • before the chocolate hardens, put crumbled chocolate biscuits on top and decorate with marzipan carrots & Easter eggs , and then put the crumbled chocolate cookies on it and decorate it with the carrots & Easter eggs
