- 3 toasts or 3 pieces of bread
- 3-4 tbsp of tomato sauce (store bought or just mix tomato paste with a splash of water)
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried herbs of choice)
- Vegan cheese of choice
- 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- A couple of olives
1. Preheat your oven to 390 F (200 C)
2. Add tomato sauce, toppings of choice and vegan cheese on your toast/bread
3. Sprinkle with salt + pepper + dried herbs
4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy
