Avocado Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 2 sourdough pieces
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 a tsp of coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt or to taste
  • 2 tbsp of garlic oil
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
  • Pinch of sesame seeds
  • Handful of Sprouts
Directions
  1. On a hot skillet add 1 tbsp of oil (or as much as you want) fry up the sourdough bread. Then on another skillet add oil and sauté garlic, tomatoes, salt, and sugar for 5-7 on the last minute add vinegar. MIx well.  
  2. As that cools down, cut avocado, then add bruschetta to the toast and topped with avocado, black pepper, sesame seeds, oregano, sprouts, and maybe some lime juice. Enjoy! Serves 2.
