Ingredients:
- 6 medium apples (I used honeycrisp)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar (I used regular but you can use coconut or other “healthier” options)
- 1/2 cup oil (anything neutral tasting)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- (optional) 2 flax eggs
Steps:
- Slice apples thinly (I used my food processor that had a slicing option)
- Mix all ingredients together. I used my food processor but can easily be done by hand too.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a 9-10 inch pan.
