- Heat 2-3 tbsp olive oil in a large pan, add 500gr mushrooms and roast. When they start to get brownish, reduce the heat, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and cook for about 5-10 minutes more until the juice is evaporated. Season with soy sauce, a splash of lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with fresh baked bread or toast or enjoy just pure, however you like.
